2. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in DKK and EUR and are exclusive of VAT.
Currencies used for pricing: DKK, EUR, NOK, PLN, SEK.
Payment methods: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, ApplePay. Payment will be charged only when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order.

Delivery

The software is already delivered upon purchase, as the customer has previously gone through a free trial period. The customer’s login remains active after the trial period according to the agreement with the customer. AnotherWaiter invoices retroactively without commitment to the software, and the customer can terminate the agreement with one day’s notice.
Place cards and other physical products are normally shipped within a maximum of 2 business days from the order, and invoicing of physical products is done in accordance with applicable legislation. (As described under prices and payment)

4. Liability

AnotherWaiter develops and sells a software-based solution for restaurants and businesses with POS systems.
AnotherWaiter is not liable for lost revenue in case of, for example, IT system failures. AnotherWaiter cannot be held liable for any claims in this regard.

5. Return of goods

Physically purchased products such as place cards or card holders can be returned if they are in new condition and not personalized (including logos, table numbers, or other personal prints).

6. Complaints and contact

2 years’ warranty in accordance with Danish sales law for defects in software, materials, and workmanship. Complaints regarding defects and shortcomings must be reported to AnotherWaiter I/S within a reasonable time after receipt (max. two weeks, unless otherwise agreed).
The warranty will be voided in the event of incorrect or unusual handling of the product.

7. Changes

AnotherWaiter may unilaterally change the terms and conditions without the customers’ approval, provided that the revised terms and conditions do not worsen the situation for the customer.

The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be visible on AnotherWaiter’s website, and the change date will be indicated at the top of the document.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Danish law applies.
Any disputes shall be settled by court or arbitration proceedings at the Court of Holstebro, Denmark.
