How do guests use the "call waiter" feature?

Guests scan a QR code on the table, which takes them directly to the page where they can click on ‘call waiter’.

The table can only call a waiter once, after which it won’t be possible to press the button for two minutes. This prevents waitstaff from being bombarded with requests.

The waiters have a screen where they can see all incoming calls. This means they can quickly go to the table number that has called for a waiter. It’s also smart to supplement with our table reservations to avoid checking multiple systems.
